Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you can initiate a return after receiving the product.
Return & Refund Policy
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
- Refunds will be processed after a quality check of the returned product.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
Non-Refundable Items
- Products that are used, damaged due to mishandling, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
- Certain personalized or clearance sale items may not be returnable.
